Sign

I really need to put the camera back in the car. On my way to work I pass a chinese buffet, not someplace I eat, or really even notice much. This morning their sign outside that usually advertises what a great place it is said "New Rating 89"
I'm assuming that means health rating. If the previous rating was low enough to make this worth bragging about I think I'll continue to not eat there.
